What are YORI products made out of?

To find that perfect balance between durability and affordability we focus on using steel and wooden particle boards for most of our YORI furniture. But don’t worry, we list all the materials used for each of our products in their respective product pages! If you have any concerns about YORI furniture, please reach out to us at family@yori.ph 

How do I assemble YORI furniture?

We made sure all our pieces are something you can assemble by yourself. Each YORI piece comes with an easy to follow assembly guide and all the tools you’ll need included in the box. If you’ve misplaced your guide, you may also find it on its respective product page on YORI.ph. 

Can I ask for help with assembly?

If you need help with assembly, or just prefer to have your pieces delivered fully assembled, we’ve got your back. For all orders placed with The SM Store: you may ask one of their friendly staff to assemble it for you. If you need help with your YORI piece, don’t hesitate to message us on our Facebook page @YORI.diy or email us at family@yori.ph.

Do you sell extra parts?

We make sure to include everything you need in the box, from parts to tools. But we all lose or misplace things sometimes, and that’s okay: if you need a replacement piece, please get in touch with us at family@yori.ph so we can check if we have what you need. 

How do I properly take care of my YORI items?

All YORI items are designed to be low maintenance. Just like everything we love, giving them some TLC will make them last longer. We recommend regularly cleaning your YORI pieces, avoid using pieces they weren’t designed for, and try to avoid overloading pieces (fun fact: most YORI items can hold up to 10KG). 

Shipping & Returns

Where do you deliver?

We deliver everywhere in the Philippines. But, if you need a YORI piece internationally, we’d love to see what we can do to get it to you. Kindly contact us at family@yori.ph and we can discuss our options. 

How long does it take to deliver my items?

We know you want your YORI pieces ASAP (we would too). We do our best to ship out all orders within 5-15 business days. For a list of delivery lead times based on your location, please see our handy little table below:
We’d like to ask for your patience during sale periods and the holiday season as there may be slight delays on your orders. 

How can I track my shipment?

Tracking your YORI shipment is as easy as opening your email. For each order, we send a tracking link to your registered email address so you can keep an eye on its order status. 

Do you offer in-store pick-up? 

Thanks to our friends over at The SM Store, we can offer store pick-up through Click and Collect. See our table below for the estimated lead times if you choose this option:

Do you have a warranty program?

We have a warranty program in place to guarantee a replacement. 

Please note that our warranty only applies when our items are used for their intended purposes and have not been modified in any way. Any issues resulting from misuse, accidents, modifications, natural disasters, and regular wear and tear will not be covered by our warranty. 

There’s a defect with my YORI piece, can I get a replacement? 

We do our best to deliver all YORI pieces in the best condition. But, life can throw us curveballs. In the unlikely event your piece arrives with defects, please go to your nearest The SM Store branch within 30 days of receiving your item, or within 7 days if it was purchased on markdown. They will validate the item and will happily assist in organizing a replacement. 

If you don’t live near a The SM Store branch, kindly coordinate with ShopSM Customer Service by submitting a ticket or email hello@shopsm.com for assistance on returning your item through LBC. For any questions, you may contact them directly through their Facebook page @TheSMStore For the updated requirements for returning and/or replacing your items, please visit the Refund policy page of The SM Store by clicking here

I changed my mind about my purchase, can I still return it?

While we understand that personal styles can change, we currently don’t allow returns based on a sudden change of mind. Before purchasing, we encourage you to:

Payment

What are the available payment methods?

We aspire to make life easier. That involves offering you a variety of payment options to suit your preferences:

- Online through most major credit or debit cards
- Use an e-wallet such as GCash, PayMaya, or GrabPay
- Pay through BPI Online banking
- Use Atome installment
- Cash on Delivery - at the moment COD orders are limited to those under PHP20,000

Where can I find YORI?

You can easily shop YORI products online through our website and have them delivered straight to your door. You may also buy our items online through Lazada and Shopee. If you’d like to see our products in person, we’ve partnered with The SM Store so you can find YORI at your nearest SM branch!
